SimpleHealth faced a breaking point. With mounting financial pressure and the threat of closure, the board gave the team one final shot to prove reinvestment was worth it.
With limited time, minimal budget, and no room for error, I was tasked with repositioning the company’s value, reigniting user engagement, and identifying new paths to revenue—using only what we had: our platform, our people, and our patients.
I authored the investor and board deck that told a grounded, data-informed story about how we could scale with efficiency. The vision combined immediate wins (insurance relaunch, product refinements) with a roadmap toward a holistic digital wellness experience.
We repositioned the brand as a full-spectrum care platform—grounded in trust, variety, and accessibility.
We went straight to our customers. Using survey data, interviews, and usage insights, I identified aligned wellness brands and built pitch materials to form authentic, values-based partnerships.
Each product partnership aligned with the real needs of our patients—from sexual wellness to supplements.
I ran product experiments (insurance relaunch, upsell flows, A/B testing) that increased patient engagement and optimized conversion.
